Greek Yogurt Banana Bread Recipe

I found this recipe and thought I would share. Its so delicious. Very moist. 108 Calories depending on the type of ingredients you use.

Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
2 eggs, room temperature
1/4 cup applesauce
3 very ripe bananas, mashed (1 lb.)
1 cup Greek yogurt (whole, 2% or nonfat)
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of cloves
Dash of nutmeg
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Nonstick cooking oil spray

    I make a very similar recipe, but I omit the butter and substitute about 1/4 of the flour for ground flax. Sometimes I throw a little canned pumpkin in there, or use honey instead of sugar and cut the volume in half. I usually bake mini muffins instead of a loaf. It's hard to screw up!
