Good luck to you!!!! If you really want to lose a pound by tomorrow, do a lot of cardio today and drink a lot of water and be strict with what you eat today, you could be surprised at what you can lose in a day!0

LGreenmonster, I've been dieting for. 9 days now. ( What I mean is I'm hoping to loose 5 pounds, but, I'll be happy i lost a pound)0

OOOHHHH..well usually your first weigh in is your BIG one then (lose the most)! Week 2 generally sucks though but don't get discouraged as it's just the body getting used to what you are doing with it. Good luck!0
