    I ran about 6 miles a day for 6 weeks and did weights 5 days on 2 off. And tracked all calories.. And are way too many protein bars.

    Starting weight was 280, end 260. And 6'11" height. The main thing I did differently was a lot of protein and focused on form with weights. That, and run.
