So I used MFP when I lost about 40kgs (88lbs approx). I took about a year off and maintained my weight loss! :drinker: :love:

    Great job so far. What is your strength training plan?
  • I strength train 3 days a week. Mondays chest, back and shoulders. Wednesday leg day. I do core on Fridays. And Saturday I do functional strength training, to get all the muscle groups working together :) and cardio in between :)
