Anyone want to be in my music video? Course you do! :)

I’ve done a Christmas song this year for a compilation and I’ve decided to make a video for it. I’m after people to film clips for me to add in.

It’s maybe not quite finished yet as I have a female vocal being added to the end, but it’s pretty much there. My plan is to have lots of people singing along to the track which will be cut in with the main story. Of course, I’ll just use the images, not the audio (!).
I don’t need a video of you singing the whole track as that file would probably be too big anyway. If you can do a video of as much of the track as possible, great – otherwise, the main bit I need many peoples’ videos for is the group vocal (i.e. the “comedy is tragic..” bit). This repeats twice in the song, but just feel free to sing it once. Don’t worry about the “lead” vocal right at the end, leave that be (and it might be going anyway)

Here’s the spec for what I need:
• As good quality as you can get it. HD preferable, but don’t worry if not
• Please film in landscape. Portrait videos are the work of heathens
• It needs to be clear you’re singing.. otherwise, anything can happen in the video… straight on of your face/dancing/singing in a group/singing with a cat in shot (this is always recommended). Anything Christmassy in shot is a bonus too. Please don't be NWS... you can be naked if you cover up your privates..
• It’s better to sing along rather than mime otherwise it doesn't look all that natural.. just don’t open your mouth up massive like a puppet and it’ll be fine.
• Try and keep the camera steady unless it’s meant to pan or whatever
That’s essentially it. Apparently the software I’m using accepts: .asf, .avi, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv. I believe iPhone’s will chuck out mp4.. as most of you are probably Apple fanboys/girls, that should be fine.. I’ll find a converter. When you’re done, please either upload the video to this folder on Dropbox - https://www.dropbox.com/home/Xmas video. I could do with getting your videos by Friday 13th Dec. That’s about it – any questions, please ask..
