What makes T25 fun

    If you enjoy HIIT work outs its nice because its short... so I like to combine this work out with a 2 mile run...

    But for me I get tired of hearing Shaun T say its only 25 min lol

    what makes it fun?
    it's super fast and over before you know it. you know you're getting your butt kicked, but you watch the clock count down and push yourself to do better than the day before.

    theBEST part, is that you see results FAST!!!! 25 min 5 days a week and the changes in just 5 weeks are crazy. i have friends that have massive improvements in their running and agility and strength too!!! one guy i know knocked off almost 2 full min to his mile, and another guy i know got the highest score he's ever gotten on the Marine Combat Fitness test!!!!

    plus, there are several phases and some incorporate weights and others build on each other to create pyramid work outs and ALL still in the 25 min timeframe!!!
