We already had our big Thanksgiving. On Thursday my oldest will come home and it will be just us. I have turkey already roasted and frozen in broth. I will fix it with the homemade egg noodles that are also in the freezer and will serve those over mashed potatoes. Not sure about dessert just yet, but probably pecan pie.

How cool and beautiful that you guys already had your "Thanksgiving" I LOVE that you guys chose to observe/celebrate Thanksgiving when y'all jolly well feel like it, rather than being a "slave" to tradition and the dictates of society...you ROCK!
I hope you and your beloved have the best time ever with your son Thursday  :drinker:

Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, cranberry salad, rolls, and pie, probably pumpkin and pecan. Lucky me doesn't actually really care for Thanksgiving food and won't eat much.

Just my daughter and I for Thanksgiving...and since she's also eating healthy, the menu will be cooked healthy-style!!

    Turkey Breast
    Mashed Potatoes
    Sweet Potatoes
    Green Bean Casserole
    Fruit Salad

Still trying to figure out a dessert that's good but won't throw us overboard. I know...it's Thanksgiving but we don't mind and would like to stick with the plan as much as we can.

Everything sounds yummy, but especially this... "Cherry almond stuffing" WOW, I never had that before, but it sounds totally delish! Also, one of my children requested Waldorf salad, but I told him next time--Waldorf salad is THE BOMB!!!
