Harvest Soup!
4 c. Butternut squash, cubed
2 c. Acorn squash, cubed
2 med. russet potatoes, cubed
60 baby carrots (approximate), cut in half
6 c/ Low-fat chicken or vegetable broth
2 tsp. Garlic salt
1 Tbsp Thyme
1 tsp Dill weed
1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1/4 c. Potato flour
1 can, corn, unsalted
Throw it all in a crock pot and cook for 4 hours. Or stovetop for 2 hours.
