I need suggestions for easy healthy meals

Here are two recipes I just posted today. Nice thing about them is they make a lot, so you are pre-prepped for quick eats.

Grilled meat/fish and roasted or sauteed vegetables. It doesn't get much easier or quicker than that and the variety is endless. We eat of lot of these.

You might do an internet (or MFP) search for crockpot recipes. These are very popular right now because they are so easy. Just start it in the morning and eat it in the evening.
