Losing last 10lbs

I tried to lose the last 10lbs but ended up doing it too drastically and messed up my metabolism. I stopped and increased my intake to 1600-1800cal for a week and have gained a little weight. I want to go back to my plan of losing the last 10lbs but doing it the right way. I have no issues with eating healthy or exercise - I continue to do both but the problem was I wasn't eating enough.

Is it safe to stick to a 1500cal intake?

What can I eat that's healthy to increase my calories? (don't want to eat unhealthy snacks to fill up my calories)

    I started losing my hair - it thinned out - telogen effluvium

    I posted this in general weight loss forum as I thought after it may be more appropriate there
