Oh you know the usual for me.

5 pieces of turkey

A bowl of mash potatoes

5 peanut butter cups

5 glasses of milk

3 glasses of lemonade

7 coconut macaroons cookies

A salad with ranch

1 bag of jolly time popcorn

And 3 packages of peanut butter crackers

And my one litter of water.

And I still went to the gym and got my shoulder workout in.

I stayed away from the mashed potatoes, cheesy potatoes and the macaroni and cheese (do you really need two white potato dishes and two cheese dishes????). I indulged in turkey, stuffing (with a little gravy), and cranberry sauce. My sis-in-law doesn't believe in veggies not covered in cheese or enhanced with butter so no veggies and no salad :(. My big naughty for Thanksgiving was the pumpkin pie- it was delicious! Overall I don't feel guilty for what I had on Thanksgiving- but I have another one tomorrow. Luckily the cook is a lot more health conscience and will at least have options. I love my sis-in-law but I can't believe they honestly still cook and eat this way. Not one non-potato veggie in their Thanksgiving meal.

My Thanksgiving was terribly shameful, though not as shameful as last year... which makes me realize how bad last year must have actually been calorie-wise (I didn't log then), I must have really lied to myself!
    Dinner:
-1 roll with honey cinnamon butter
    -cranberry sauce
    -green bean casserole
    -sauerkraut
-stuffing, some oyster with sausage and then some plain sausage (there were multiple stuffing dishes present)
    -turkey, of course (dark meat)
    Dessert:
-Sweet potato casserole (New Orleans style, made with coconut, nuts, marshmallows, etc), this was actually meant for dinner but the person bringing it was late so it was served with dessert.
-3 LARGE slices of pecan pie
-3 LARGE slices of pumpkin pie

So, you may ask, how many calories on average did my little self controlled, gluttonous self consume?
4,710 calories for the entire day, but 4,270 was from Thanksgiving (I had breakfast and small snacks before I left). On my usual maintenance of 1,600 calories, I ended up still eating 3,110 calories over my goal.
I really hope I overestimated my calories instead of underestimate .-.
I feel so sick! But I see the leftovers and still want more, what's wrong with me? x.x

Went to my mom's and had:
    Mashed potatoes
    Sweet potatoes
    Corn bread
    Green bean casserole
    Corn on the cob
    Turkey (roasted)
    Cranberry-apricot glazed ham
    Deviled Eggs
Spanish rice (my mom's puerto rican so we have this every year)
    Pumpkin pie
And then snacked on some of the turkey my boyfriend smoked when I got to his house later.
