That was what I needed to hear today. After working out religiously for 2 weeks, I haven't moved on the scale. I'm frustrated while at the same time, I understand that I just started a strength training routine and that is probably something my body is being shocked with. I'm not quitting, but I'm trying very hard to stay positive so I can eventually see results. Thanks for the article.

I only know this, I've worked out for a long periods and then life gets in the way so I stopped. Then I regretted. I've been at it for about 10 months now and I have no desire to give it up. I'm going to hate winter because I enjoy my hikes. I honestly can't say I've seen the results I won't but I know if I keep at it they will come.

good article. first two weeks somehow it's easy to eat right, get in all the exercise. but then i get tired of being OCD about tracking food and calories and feel orthorexic.:grumble:

at least i know i'm not the only one.

what ya talking about? i like gingers!

Thanks for sharing! I just started my third week and I'm starting to feel kind of down on myself. I'm still motivated to be healthy, but I'm focusing on the bad (I let myself get out of shape, I'm lame, etc...) instead of the good. This is just what I needed!
