As long as you have a varied balanced diet there is no need to take any supplements at all. Unless there is a health issue for which you have been told a supplement will be beneficial.

All the very best in getting to be the healthiest person you can be
  • It depends on things like:

Are you deficient in anything? Does your diet lack anything? How do you feel? Do you get fatigued a lot?

Do your muscles cramp up when you workout/exercise? Do you get sick or catch everything that goes around?

Most people should take a good multivitamin .....not a cheap one at the drug store or wal-mart! Be sure to get a Good one!!

Most people in the northern half of the hemisphere are Vitamin D deficient and don't know it! I recommend everyone get tested......low side 35- 89 high side anything in between is a good number. (my test I was 18 which is extremely dangerously low I have to take a prescription dose) Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium and calcium aids in weight loss,

The best thing to do is ask your doctor to test at least your Vit D level and Does he recommend you take anything? he could give you a better answer based on Body composition, age, Location where you live, etc.
