:smile: 6 days in and I feel this will finally be the time I make a change for myself. 5'5'' and 180 lbs. Hope to lose 40lbs. Plan to lbs 40 lbs!!!
Not sure how to add friends here, but would love to have some weight loss buddies.

    Welcome to the site, Crystal. Six days in is a good start! You're going to do it and you'll be so surprised when you look back to 40 pounds ago and think "wow, I did it!"
