Does this menu look like im eating enough and is it healthy?

Breakfast 30g Misura Cereal with 100 ml skimmed milk
Snack Orange
Lunch Pitabread with tomatoes, fat free ham and pinch of fat free cheese and mashed cauliflower mixed with 100g of cottage cheese
Snack Light yogurt and an apple
Dinner carrot soup, 2 crispbreads and sugar free jelly with an apple cut on top.

Is this enough as when i try to add calories i always fail and i gave up! Please help :( This is what i plan to eat today and ofcourse with 20 minutes of elliptical trainer.
