Oh its hard to think of just seven. Especially hard when you have to think of three meals. Hmmm maybe

    Potatoes
    Carrots
    Chicken
    Peas
    Bread
    Cheese
    Pasta

But I would also want things like herbs, spices, butter and condiments.
It would be too hard to just live off seven ingredients :(

I could eat lentil soup and / or ham & tomato sandwich for lunch every day of my life if I had to!
    So -
    split red lentils
    onions
    ham
    bread
    tomatoes
    apples
    carrots

No room for coffee  or chocolate

    Gosh, this isn't easy...

    Lentils
    Garlic
    Eggs
Cheese (I would go with Feta if only one is possible)
    Raspberries
    Squash (butternut)
    Olive Oil

    1. milk
    2. eggs
    3. tomatoes (for raw, sauce. soup, juice)
    4. beef (preferably nice fatty cuts so I can use the fat for cooking other stuff)
    5. apricots (for raw, dried, juice, sauces)
    6. cashews (also for cashew butter)
    7. oats (breakfast and to pulverize into oat flour)

darn, if I could just add a couple more.......then it would be chocolate, honey, and red wine.....
