Mental Strategy

Day two and I'm still alive. I haven't gone off the rails ! I don't know why I'm happy about it, I have a long way to go, in the past I have always told myself once 2 weeks have gone by it starts getting easier. I've been thinking that I pretty much need to log calories, and not go over my limit, forever to lose and maintain. It is such a mental battle. If anyone has suggestions for books or articles to read on the mental component to weight loss and maintenance please post them !

There are a few of us on here using the exercises from The Beck Diet Solution book. Dr. Beck is a cognitive behavioral therapist that prescribes a program of mental exercises to keep you on track.
