Weight loss has reached a plateau, help!

Hi Folks, I am really after a little inspiration. My weight has reduced from 103kg in Aug 2012 to 85kg today but I have not lost any weight for about 6 months. I do a lot of exercise as my goal is to do a Triathlon next year but I know I eat too much so I have come back to myfitnesspal to try and get my weigh loss going again.
I was wondering if anyone else had reached a plateau and then how they managed to get the weight loss going again.

Don't eat too much.0

Most important is to keep your food diary. You may be sneaking up in portion size without knowing it. Also measure all high calorie foods like oil and alcohol. That is what helps me.0

I have yet to plateau but consistency in logging, weighing and measuring is key for me0

Most likely a miscalculation of the calories your consuming.0

This is you, knowing exactly what to do.0 -
I have found it helps to change something in the routine, such as adding weightlifting to exercising, doing a different cardio workout for a while, or trying to reduce carbohydrates (or fat) in my diet. It's probably just a psychological change for me, but adding the new twist renews my focus on healthy habits.0

Fat2Fit Radio has some good tips for weight loss plateau, I agree with everyone about logging consistently you may be eating more then you realize but conversely maybe you're eating to little. Last year I was training for a century metric and my weight loss plateaued. I was eating 1600 kcal +exercise calories and got stuck. I did a reset and upped my calories a 100-200 a day and settled at 2100 +exercise and my weight loss resumed. I reached my goal in March/April. I'm 5'6" 120-125 lbs and work out 4-6 days a week.0
