Does everyone log in everyday. I love it! It keeps me Accoutable and NOT out of control. If I log in I see what am doing and keeps me on track. If I don't log in I may get out of control and go over or under. I need Balance and this web page is a great tool. I have looked at others and so far this one is the best!
So what to you do to stay accoutable and consitant and Why do you do it?
Have a Great Day

I log in everyday.....but I have a little bit of an addictive personality going.....I guess with logging in it is ok. I also do weigh myself and "check in" every morning.....0

I have so far, but I've always had access to my computer. I will be going away over Christmas and won't necessarily have access to the web (I'm not sure i want to pay for access in the resort and since it's only for a few days I don't see spending all the money I'd have to spend on the device to get it wherever) - I'm hoping that logging my food on my phone will count as "logging in" because I don't want to have to start my daily count over. Anyone know how it works towards logging in if you're using the ap on your smartphone?0

I have 136 days of logging in. That is 136 days I have been accountable for every little bite I put in my mouth. I have lost 21 lbs.! I feel like if I don't log in one day I will give up. I don't want to give up. I like the new me that is coming out of this fat girls shell.0

I've used my android phone to log my food when out and it seems to be working the same way as far as I can tell. The interface is a bit different but once you get the hang of it you should be ok.
I too log my food every day. When I first started tracking things down to the calorie here on MFP, I skipped a few days but the more I track the more its become a habit.0 -
Thanks. Yeah, I've used my phone to log food when I know I'm going to be away from my computer for a while during the day, especially if I've had a variety of nibbles. I just haven't used it for the whole day before.0
