    GW: 139.9, being in the 130's again would be awesome.
    Goals this month: more fruits and veggies to keep fiber intake above 25grams/day. Exercise 5 days a week. Stay under calorie target each day and be nice to myself along the way.

    OMG!! I just saw that I weighed myself in for the 7th already on the 4th, LOL! I must be getting senile. I'll just weigh myself again on the 7th. I know I had one on the 4th to weigh in for too. Oh well. Wishing everyone well.

    I was able to complete all my workouts and eat under my calorie goal. I may have had a little too much chocolate to eat today though lol. Let's keep it up guys!!!
