Calories remaining

Is it normal to have 300-700 calories remaining? For example yesterday my stats were: goal 1700, food 1438, exercise -463, net 975, remaining calories 725... People say you need to eat back your calories but I can't eat any more because I'm full!

    Calorie dense foods................small portion sizes, big calories


    Olive oil, nuts, nut butters, avocado, seeds.

    Roast veggies in olive oil and garlic

    Add nut butter to oatmeal, or smear nut butter on apple slices

    Throw some nuts on your salad.............these are all healthy fats.

    You can have calories remaining everyday..........you will lose "weight" faster...........the problem with losing weiht too fast is that the "weight" will be fat+muscle......as opposed to just fat. There's a tradeoff.

    PROTEIN...........I took a look at your diary, you are under your protein several days. Can you add a protein bar or a protein shake as a snack?
  • It all depends on your goals, i never ate back exercise calories but it is important not to go to far under your BMR

    Thanks, I'll give that I try... :) I just feel like I'm eating so much! But if its little things like you suggested hopefully that will help!
