I eat honey nut cheerios & skim milk religiously about everyday for breakfast. Oh and add lipton, crystal light, or snapple packets to my water ALL THE TIME.0

• 2 srv of unsalted roasted almonds - no sodium, healthy fat, and 10g each protein/fiber
• Apples (Fuji or Gala) - 5g fiber each
• Great Value Pineapple Greek Yogurt - 14g protein/srv
When in season:
• Seedless watermelon - I buy whole and cube the whole thing, will eat 1-2lb/day like its nothing
• Clementines/Mandarins - 200mg potassium each, eat 2-6/day (ate 4 today)
*ETA: Drink Crystal Light or similar daily, but have gotten in habit of making myself drink equiv. amount of plain water BEFOREHAND. Has helped me hit 12-18 glasses/day several times (use a 24 oz bottle).0 -

I always end the day with a sweet treat of ghiradelli sea salt and caramel square. Just one. I look forward to it.0

It's a little monotonous but it's almost the same breakfast every day, but it tastes so good!

And lunch/dinner always has at least a side of Spring Mix salad0 -

A bag of frozen mixed vegetables with yellow mustard and pepper is what I eat every day for lunch Also, coffee with splenda is something I can't live without!0

Seriously though, my diet varies so much, and I get bored of things very quickly. Right now I am going through a peanut butter toast phase.
Two tablespoons of creamy Skippy brand pb + Two slices of multigrain bread + Sprinkle of cinnamon in the middle (I know it sounds weird but you have to try it!) = Yummy!0 -

Not weird. Cinnamon and PB is delicious together! I put both in my oatmeal sometimes and Pbandco makes a cinnamon swirl peanut butter that is INCREDIBLE.0 -
