    I have a cappuccino every morning.

    I also have pretty much the same breakfast for 5 days a week.

    > 2 eggs sunny side up
    > fruit (depends upon season/availability)
    > hashbrowns

    Thought this would be a fun thread. There are food items that I have discovered I consume every single day. They are:

    Plain Greek Chobani with some pb2
    a banana
    and Emerald cocoa dusted almonds.

    I'm 72 days into my new healthy lifestyle and I have eaten these three food items almost every single day.

    what about you? What is something that you eat almost every single day?
