Does coffee count? I try keeping routine with food and I get bored. I need to mix it up. The only constant seems to be coffee. There are foods I eat more often like bananas and yogurt but some days I don't eat it.

Peanut Butter. My Grammy used to say that you could eat dirt and if you put peanut butter on it it would be delicious.

I USED to eat the same thing day in and day out. I got burnt out on some things, so I haven't touched them in months. But I think that's changing. I 'tend to eat':

    Peanut Butter
    Greek Yogurt
    Cottage Cheese
    Cinnamon
    Apples (Granny Smith)
    Diced Peaches
    Tea

A banana smeared with PB2 & 1/4t cinnamon OR 1/3c oatmeal with 4oz apple sauce, 1t cinnamon & milled flax for breakfast... Have had this habit for about 2 years. You'd think I'd get sick of it.... Nope!

Laughing cow spreadable cheese wedge and sliced turkey on wheat Ritz crackers - my favorite snack.

I chew gum all day. I only take it out to start on a new piece when the flavor dies.

    Cheese of all kinds

greek yogurt and granola. I usually get tired of something when i eat it as often as I have this, but it hasn't gotten old. Chobani fat-free raspberry yogurt and heartland original granola.... it's ridiculously good. and there's 20 grams of protein in that bad boy. Not a bad way to start the day, if you ask me.
