Breakfast - Nature Valley Protein Granola Bar
Mid Morning Snack - Cottage Cheese and string cheese
Lunch - sandwich, grapes, chips and salsa (don't judge me)0 -
A Quest Protein bar and then Cheerios and Frozen yogurt on most days.0

It's become a habit to eat a daily sweet potato, thinly sliced, and baked until crispy (topped with cinnamon sugar and sometimes a bit of oil). Cheap and tastes like I'm eating candy for breakfast :laugh:0

Coffee... two eggs... greek yogurt... Same breakfast every day. All other meals vary depending on what I'm in the mood for and how long it has been since I've been to the store!0
