    Breakfast - Nature Valley Protein Granola Bar

    Mid Morning Snack - Cottage Cheese and string cheese

    Lunch - sandwich, grapes, chips and salsa (don't judge me)

    It's become a habit to eat a daily sweet potato, thinly sliced, and baked until crispy (topped with cinnamon sugar and sometimes a bit of oil). Cheap and tastes like I'm eating candy for breakfast :laugh:
