support friends?

hi im starting my diet tomorrow to lose 25 lbs and wanted to know if anyone wants to be friends and support each other. i could use any tips i can get on what is working for you. thanks.

    Hi :) Add me if you want, I could do with some more friends and support! What's working for me at the moment is just making sure I track my calories every day (if I even take like a couple of days off I fall completely off the wagon!) and working out first thing so that I don't come up with excuses all day long
  • Hi! Feel free to add me if you want, I'd like to have more buddies! What's working for me right now is counting calories and exercise everyday (walking mainly, I'm still to heavy to run 'cause I have a knee problem). I'm also seeing a therapist since most of my eating is emotional, and it's really helping me. I try to eat something that I really like everyday so that I don't feel deprived and will be able to keep up the good habits when the weight loss is over.
