    Soup. I just don't do the whole breakfast thing unless I'm craving something, so instead I have some type of soup. Usually filled with fresh spinach. <3

    monday through friday ... gluten free oatmeal with half a scoop of protein powder (when I don't run out of gluten free oatmeal)

    apples, eggs, yogurt, peanut butter .... i eat pretty much the same thing every day for a couple months and then switch, haha

    I get bored eating the same thing every day so really don't have anything I eat EVERY day, but drinks are different have at least four cups of Honey Ginseng tea a day and at least 2 Sobe Apple Pear waters.

    The only thing I have every single day is coffee (and water), but spinach, tomatoes, frozen broccoli/cauliflower blend, and sandwich thins are all extremely frequent fliers.

    Morningstar Farms Veggie Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit. I really like them and at 270 calories, they make a good lunch. I also eat Special K Chocolate Delight every weekday morning. I use to eat the Blueberry too before they stopped making it.
