Used to be 3 cream, 3 sugar (aka Tim Horton's extra lg triple triple) for 350 calories a pop. Now I just take it black with a 4 calorie flavour shot. During Christmas week, I will be allowing for a morning shot of Baileys Biscotti in it.:bigsmile:0

I don't always take it the same, because it changes based on my mood. Some combinations I enjoy:
tbs butter and tsp coconut oil, blended
tbs heavy cream with a bit of S&L
1/3 cup warmed eggnog
1/3 cup warmed soymilk and tbs protein powder, blended
mixed with a packet of hot chocolate
peppermint mocha coffee creamer (york peppermint pieces and cream work well if out of flavored creamer)
pumpkin spice creamer0 -

These days I add 1 or 2 packets of stevia powder (Sweet Leaf brand). Bonus is they add a little fiber to their stevia.
So Delicious Coconut French Vanilla Creamer is good, too. But I only have that on occasion, if I want lots of extra sugar I'd rather get it from chocolate or pie or something, not a drink.0 -

2 tsp Coffeemate, sometimes add a sugar free flavor shot. When I am a good girl and feeling naughty a shot of whiskey or rum.

Usually skim milk - this time of year though I 'indulge' and will do the flavored creamers. Using Peppermint Mocha tonight. Earlier today I made adult coffee! I was skiing and it sounded good!0

Half and Half & 3 teaspoons of sugar. Takes it to 108 calories, but I only have one cup a day, in the morning.0

I don't drink a lot of coffee but when I do, I don't make it myself - I got to Starbucks and get a tall skinny vanilla latte - 100 calories.0

with some sort of milk or pored over a scoop of ice cream. but I never add sugar or sweetener other than that. I used to drink it just black but I think it hurts my stomach now when I do that0
