Mustard!!! Or I spread avocado instead of mayo. It may be similar in calories but at least I'm getting more nutrition out of it. I also sprinkle spices on my sandwiches instead of using spreads. It gives it a lot of flavor at minimal calories! Look into McCormick's Perfect Pinch pre-mixed spices. The southwest is pretty good on a turkey sandwich.0

Greek yogurt provides the right texture, though it doesn't have a very strong taste. sometimes I mix it with some balsamic vinegar or sri racha hot sauce or chopped up hot peppers...you get the idea.0

A few of my favourites ... I'm working on building calories, enough to support my body to suit my programme. Sandwich spreads are life-savers and if you're having to continue low-calories conscious, moderation is key.

Recently found the Laughing Cow Belcube which is only 14Cal each. I use 1 for a single slice of bread. They comes in flavors too.0

I used to have light mayo, but now I just use 1/2 serving of regular if I am looking to limit sandwich spread calories.0

I use light Miracle Whip - 20 cal in 2 Tbsp and I don't even use that much. Honey mustard is another one that is really good but be careful and look at the nutritional info because some are very high in calories and fat.0

Very very thin scraping of light margarine.0

marmite or peanut butter are my faves0

Roasted pepper hummus. Yum!0

I use Reduced Fat Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil0

Most of the time I make ham and turkey wraps and don't put any kind of dressing on it. For tuna or chicken salad, I use Miracle Whip light. Sometimes I'll add a little creamy Caesar dressing for zing. And sometimes I use tartar sauce to make tuna salad. I've heard of some poeple using greek yogurt instead of mayo but I haven't tried that yet0

I use slices of avocado.0

rondelé cheese spreads are really good for few calories because they're whipped. One serving is 70-80 calories, but try to measure by weight: what they consider 2T is a lot more than what I fit in two tablespoons when going by weight. I can usually get by with half a serving.0
