I was so excited this morning when I weighed and I was down and thinking today was weigh in day. Started to post and realized I needed to do it Sunday or Monday. :grumble: Oh well I've got to tell everyone that I was 195.8 this morning. :laugh: So Happy haven't seen that weight in ages. Just for fun: What is your favorite December holiday tradition that does NOT involve food? I really can't think of any that don't involve food lol. I just love being with my family around the holidays, snuggled up and watching movies.0 -
Week 1 is complete. Now onto Week 2. I really need to focus on drinking my water which I haven't been and Moving more now that my classes are almost over. Going to look into finding a local fitness gym both me and my DS can do together.
Goals for this week ... move more, drink my water, find some Christmasy things to do with DS and Finish my class finals!
