    The pre Xmas season treats (chocolates, cookies and other snacks) are starting to show up at work. Reminding myself frequently that being healthy is more important than how good those treats taste.

    Ok I'm cheating this week and doing my weigh-in for this group a day early for 2 reasons:

    1) I've hit not just a new low weight, but my lowest ever ADULT weight! The last time I was in the 130's I was in 4th grade
    2) it's my office Christmas party tonight and I know there is no way I'll be this weight tomorrow morning :laugh:

    Earlier in the week I was SO bloated my weight actually fluctuated up to 146 so I'm a little surprised to see this number today.

    I hate fluid - I hate even more not being able to take fluid tablets... Have however managed to take them regularly for the last few days - so hoping weight is a relatively accurate representation of what i currently am... Although - if there is a few more kg of water weight in there and it also 'falls off' before christmas with regular tablet taking - I wont complain... I feel hitting double digits before christmas is unlikely. (it realistically always was) I seem to be hovering between 105 & 108 for the last year (after losing 35kg in the previous year) - So would be happy just to crack the 105kg mark & know i can do it... *sigh*

    SW: 143.8kg (317lb)
    CW: 108kg (239lb)
    GW: 99.9 (220lb) (to start the new year in double digits!)

    Weigh in Dates: Unsure - I weigh most days - but will be travelling a lot - so - when near MY scales first thing in the morning :)

    12/1 - 200.2 (I am HOLIDAY bloated! I'm not trying to lose 5 pounds this month, just trying to see any new low, here for support!)
    12/8 - 196.0 (Very happy with losing the holiday bloat so far, now just hoping for a downward trend in the following weeks!)
    12/15 - 201.0 (I don't know why I'm here because I'm not trying - obviously. I hate winter, I love baking, I love comfort foods.)

    12/8- Had a good week staying under calorie goal, only one day was over goal by 248, that is a HUGE improvement for me. Here's to another great week ahead!

    12/15- Really let myself go downhill this week. I baked, I ate, I feel bad and now I'm dwelling on what I can do to get this train back on the tracks. The weight I am up this week, it's probably more than just water weight, I'm really out of control.

    Week 2 is complete for me. I still need to focus on drinking my water which I haven't been and moving more now that my classes are over. Going to look into finding a local fitness gym both me and my DS can do together that is going to be a present to us both.

    Goals for this week ... move more, drink my water, and do Christmasy things to do with DS!

    @twl900: The water weight will disappear. Just stick to it! You had a great loss the first week that is bound to return.
