    This is what you do.... upload your pics to a site like Photobucket. Then copy and paste the IMG format they have next to your picture. Paste it here--- it will begin and end. Change the IMG's to lowercase and post!

    I just started with MFP this week. I'm curently 195 lbs and my goal is to lose at least 15 pounds by 15 December. I'm 5'7". I would love to have your encouragement and to have friends to go along in this difficult road together.
    Is there any forum of sth that we can join and chat with other people and share ideas, etc.?

    That is SO sweet! Thanks a lot! I hold a lot of weight around my tummy - I bet you'll look even better at 135!! I've read a lot of people my height and weight are wearing a size 6 or even smaller but I wear an 8 or 10. Everyone is different. Stick to it... you can do it! :flowerforyou:
