Quite happy with my tiny weight loss as I haven't been to the gym at all this weekend and have indulged quite a bit since my Mum is staying with me at the moment... So I take those 400g and say 'Thank you very much!' I'll be going to the gym a lot this week though...0 -

Changed the batteries in my scale and now I weigh 8 pounds more than last week. I don't think this amount of weight gain is possible, based on what I've been eating. So my new starting weight will be 219.4 and my new goal weight will be 217.40 -

I'm not sure this necessarily counts as a tradition since basically everyone does it, but I really, deeply love wrapping presents. I put an embarrassing amount of effort into the wrapping. Creative papers and ribbons (or twine, yarn, etc), unconventional methods of tying the ribbons, handmade gift tags. It's a borderline hobby at this point.0 -

Ok I'm cheating this week and doing my weigh-in for this group a day early for 2 reasons:
1) I've hit not just a new low weight, but my lowest ever ADULT weight! The last time I was in the 130's I was in 4th grade
2) it's my office Christmas party tonight and I know there is no way I'll be this weight tomorrow morning :laugh:
Earlier in the week I was SO bloated my weight actually fluctuated up to 146 so I'm a little surprised to see this number today.

I hate fluid - I hate even more not being able to take fluid tablets... Have however managed to take them regularly for the last few days - so hoping weight is a relatively accurate representation of what i currently am... Although - if there is a few more kg of water weight in there and it also 'falls off' before christmas with regular tablet taking - I wont complain... I feel hitting double digits before christmas is unlikely. (it realistically always was) I seem to be hovering between 105 & 108 for the last year (after losing 35kg in the previous year) - So would be happy just to crack the 105kg mark & know i can do it... *sigh*
