Okay so I got a chicken ceaser salad from the pizza place, thinking that it'd be the healthier choice rather then a slice of pizza - so NOT true!

A cup of that is 750 calories. RIDICULOUS! I'm pissed. I feel like vomitting.

    Ceasar dressing is a killer. It is just as bad as ranch dressing or some other creamy dressing. Try getting it on the side and put very little on your salad next time. I put my salads in a container with a lid so I put very little on it and then I shake the entire salad so all the lettuce gets something on it.

    Yep...you have to be careful with salads, especially if dressing is already added! I've learned this the hard way. Always ask for dressing on the side, and I dip my fork in the dressing then pick up a bunch of salad...this way you still get a taste of the dressing but very few calories!!!

    That makes me sick when they do that too. It almost makes you wish you had the pizza instead.

    I guess it is one of those lessons learned. I too would ask for it on the side, I've learned the hard way too.

    Dressing on the side, at least you can control your amount.
