Core Training

I am having trouble figuring out how to log in core training. 1/2 hr class. Can anyone help this newbie out? Thank you!!

    Look it up somewhere else and add it to the cardio section database. (Everything burns some calories.) Or put it in strength w/o calories.

    Try a kettlebell, my routine is 20-30 minutes every other day and the best core exercise I've found.
