    December 5: 5.00 miles
    December 7: 3.88 miles
    December 8: 4.00 miles

    Didn't get a long run in this weekend due to the rain yesterday and doing a hilly trail run with a friend today (was hoping for 5 today but it was hillier than I expected) but still, I'm a quarter of the way there and it's a quarter of the way through the month, so I'm on target. :)

    I need to rack up some miles this week! Aiming for 5+ miles this week.

    Okay, maybe my ambitions are too high considering I'm just starting out...should I lower my goal? Or just do my best to get to 50 and if I don't make it oh well?

    I would say just try your best and if you don't make it, then add 5 miles to whatever you do get to for next month's goal!

    Starting today and just back to walking after being in a lupus flare and having a herniated disc in my neck. It is hard to do but I have to fight to get my life back I have been down all year and I am tired of it.

    12/10/13 1 mile - 49 to go.
