My belly is bigger than my hips
I am working out regularly, I do Focus T25 and I can feel my abs toning up as well as my legs and arms but the belly fat is still here
as for my diet i eat clean 98% of the time.

I don't believe that you have to. To me, if you have fat you don't want then you eat at a small deficit.0

Calorie deficit + time + patience are all that is required.
Keep going, stay consistant with a sensible deficit, put in the effort, profit.0 -
You don't need to give up anything to lose belly fat, or fat from anywhere. All you need to do is eat less than maintenance calories and give it time.
That said the most effective way to lose fat, and not just weight, is to have a small caloric deficit, take part in a strength training program of some sort, and get adequate protein intake.0 -
I eat enormous amounts of carbs right now while doing low fat and my tummy is flatter than it has ever been, when i did a standard diet i couldnt get rid of it.
and a lot of people have also had success with this, high carb + low fat is amazing for stomach flatness.0 -
What does "eating clean" mean? In all honesty, you can "eat clean" 100% of the time! but if you're not consuming less than you burn! you won't lose your belly. You just have to give it time. Many women tend to store fat in their abdomen, and it's the last bit to come off for a lot, I know it has been for me. Strength train, do some cardio ande at at a deficit, and you'll get there eventually.
If you want to cut carbs and sugars, that's on you. But, if they don't cause you bloating or to feel bad, they're fine in moderation.0 -
I am the same and always have been....To get the tummy super flat I look anorexic!!! I think genetics plays a huge part in our body shape too!!!0

I agree with this, except that I would add exercise.0 -
