I have been at this for 2 years. I am 5'5 and have lost 68 lbs so far. I struggle with PCOS, which makes it harder for me to drop the weight, but I just keep at it. I have dropped way more inches than lbs, so I get very frustrated with the scale, but very happy with my current size. I still find myself walking to the plus size clothes, even though I can fit skinny clothes now. I am 33lbs from my ultimate GW of 125 lbs. I will someday hopefully reach that goal, and when I do my reward will be a new tattoo!

Before measurements:
Neck: 17 in
Bust: 45 in
Waist:41 in
Hip: 48 in
Start weight: 230?
Shoe size: 10
Wedding ring: 9
Wrist: 7.5 in
size: US 18/20 and XL

Current Measurements:
Neck: 14 in
Bust: 40 in
Waist: 34 in
Hip: 42 in
Current weight: 162
Shoe size: 9
Wedding ring: 6.5
Wrist: 6 in
size: US 8/10 and M

Now for the before picture Taken in December 2011 I weighed about 230 lbs. That is an XL tank, XL leggings, and the Skirt is labeled as a 16 (has elastic waistband).

I took this today. I tried to replicate the outfit. Its the same XL tank and the same skirt. My legging are M and so is the long sleeve shirt.

I just love that skirt, so I tried to make a fun outfit with it.

    Great job!

People say finger and wirst girth measurements don't really change. But you've proven they can be influenced by weight gain/loss.

    Good job!
The skirt got longer, and the looser tank top is much more flattering!

    Hearty congratulations!

Best wishes for the remainder of your weight loss journey.

it was funny, I've always had unique fashion. I tend to just wear what I like regardless if its 'in style' ever since I was a kid. So I don't mind if I get strange looks from people.

I can totally relate to the lack of weight loss due to PCOS. I had a complete hysterectomy 2 years ago due to grossly enlarged ovaries due to cyst and sever endometriosis. I ended up gaining 30 lbs. afterwards.. but now by changing my mindset, exercise and eating habits, I am just now being able to loose any kind of weight.. you give me hope that I can bounce back from that awful disease.. keep up the great work..
