Hi! What foods are high in Good Calories?

SO, I'm not getting enough calories in a day. I am getting very close or over on protein. and close enough on fats and carbs, but I am still 1000 cals off! Help what can I eat without stuffing sugars into my fat mouth! :wink:

    Olive oil is high in essential fats and healthy calories. Just one tablespoon has 120 calories. I throw it in a smoothie for my husband to up his calorie intake. It makes quite a difference!
  • Legumes are good (beans, lentils, chick peas etc.) Good fibre, good protein, low/no fat...
  • Avacado, nuts, milk, yogurt, canned fish, peanut butter. Good luck!:bigsmile:

    I LOVE fruit! And I eat quite a bit, but I find that I go WAY over for sugars for the day when my snacks are all fruit.

    You have done SO awesome on your weight loss! How long have you been working at it? DO you keep your intake well below your goal, or do you try to match it?

    Natural Peanut Butter. I prefer Naturally More which is sold at Walmart.
