what is a good target BMI

i was wondering what a healthy thin BMI would be. is it the same for small body frame vs. large? could you give me an example for both.

i think when it comes down to it, BMI is irrelevant... lean muscle mass to body fat ratio on the other hand..0

BMI only accounts for weight and doesn't differentiate between muscle mass and fat. For muscular people, like body builders, BMI falls apart because a large portion of their weight is composed of muscle mass. But for most people, especially if they aren't strength training, it's a useful gauge.
Normal BMI ranges from 18.5 to 24.9. Once you enter the normal range, look at a mirror and stop when you are happy. Just don't fall below 18.5.0 -
Well, there is this whole chart....but reall BMI sucks. If I were to get to the lower end of BMI for my height I would actually have to lose about 10-15 Lbs of muscle mass...that would be ****in' stupid.0
