Daily 100's in December

I know it's already December 11th but I am starting a daily 100's this month and anyone who wants to join me please do! Everyday I'll (or the first person with an idea, I don't mind!) post what the exercise is and the goal is to do (at least) 100 of them, in however many sets you want/need. Just something fun and extra to add to whatever it is you're already doing exercise wise. There are 20 days left for December so let's make it count!!

Today's exercise will be 100 leg lifts. Let's go! :)
