Well if you are accurate in your logging intake and output you should see a loss in a week...and it could be a big loss but a lot of it will be water weight.
If you are just starting exercise you may find a gain even (but again it will be water)
You did not become over weight in a week or a month or even 6 months...it took time so losing the weight in the best way will take time as well...there is no "quick easy fix" for this that will keep the weight off...
As well 14lbs in one month...really? that would mean you have eaten appx 1600 calories over Maintenance every day for 1month...so giving a rough estimate at your maintenance that means you have eaten appx 3500-3700 Calories a day???? really????? for an entire month???? That is as much as my 19 year old son eats every day...that's a lot of food....0 -
thank you,
ok well it was not an exactly a month no, its more like 5/6 weeks but yes a stone in that amount of time. My own fault I know eating more chocolate than normal and had more takeways than normal, but tried being good last 2 wks and no loss. which is why I have returned but determianed to stick at this time. rather than go back to slimming world0
