I am trying to see if I am in the ballpark area of exercise vs calories consumed. I am eating healthy, working out hard 5 days a week cardio & strength mixed up and now the scale is slowing creeping up again.

    Daily cals - Around 2200 (Don't track anymore)
    Weekly burn - Unsure, don't track. I go to the gym 4 times a week in the winter. Do 3.2 on the treadmill and lift.

    Weekly burn ??? about 2500, I think - I do TDEE - 10 to 15%, so I don't track my exercise calories.
    I do 45 minutes of bodyweight exercicses 3xweek, and incline walking 3xweek for cardio.

    Eat- average of around 1500-2000 based on hunger and exercise calories
    Weekly burn- i am guessing between 1000-1200
