    I had to quit mid-way through...pretty sure I'm still too heavy to do it. Hope to try again 50 pounds from now! Good luck!

    Sorry to hear that. I lost 45lbs before starting and now I'm running 15 miles a week. Hope that gives you some motivation? :)

    I was telling a coworker about it the week before Thanksgiving and they started that weekend

    I just finished Week 3, Day 3 this morning. My pace is slow. I do the walks at 3.6 mph and the runs at 5.0 mph. Even as a kid I couldn't run any distances. I'm looking forward to to being able to stop a run because I'm ready too instead of because my body can't do anymore.
