Inputting your own calorie allowance

Rather than use what is calculated based on height, weight etc, I want to input my own calorie intake. I'm sure I have done this before and can't figure out how to do it. Any ideas?

Use the Custom function (second option) when settng your goals
You can enter the calorie total and the percentages.

I have looked under food >> Settings and there isnt a custom option?0

Look under My Home >> Goals >> Change Goals >> Custom
Then you can input whatever you want0 -
