    That is SO sweet! Thanks a lot! I hold a lot of weight around my tummy - I bet you'll look even better at 135!! I've read a lot of people my height and weight are wearing a size 6 or even smaller but I wear an 8 or 10. Everyone is different. Stick to it... you can do it! :flowerforyou:

    Awww, Thank you! It took about 1 year to see real results which was very frustrating cuz I wanted results right away and sticking with it is not easy, but definitely well worth the struggles. Looking at everyone's amazing results let's us know that it is not impossible, especially with the motivation and support of everyone on this site. I wish I found this site years ago!!

    Whether drastic or minor, it's improvement.. Which is, ultimately, heading in the right direction.

    Perhaps one day I'll post my before and the after -- Need to hit my goal weight and tone up first. ;)
