Does anyone keep doing the 30 Day Shred after it's over?

I finished the entire 30DS around November 1st. Results were great! I didn't lose weight, but I lost about 7 inches total, and my body toned up mostly in the stomach. I really like level 3, as it was the easiest by day 6 and so on. I like how it's small circuits of cardio, abs & strength all combined in 25 minutes. I burn roughly around 200 calories with this workout. My HRM is being sent back (for possible repair--AGAIN, ugh) and it's hard to know for sure how many calories I'm burning anymore, but with the Shred, it was almost always exactly 200. So it would be definite pretty much each time.
I looked for various strength training exercises;
(I found Nike Club app, good exercises with instructions, but I still don't know which are too advanced for me, because the difficulty rating is a little mixed up, & I ended up hurting myself) but I don't know what would work for me. The Shred was a good choice, but I never actually read anything about: after 30 days, do not continue the shred, but then again I may not get amazing results if I keep doing it, but my question is:
Is the shred (maybe doing levels 2 & 3 a few times a week) a good way to slowly tone even more, up or at least stay in good shape? I understand it's kind of a quick-fix program, but I know it takes months for real results to show. I want to get my arms tones as nice as my torso, and continue to tone my legs and thighs.
Do you think doing the harder levels on the shred is adequate for a few months on, to continue to tone up & stay in shape?

I had great results with 30 Day Shred as well and then I moved on to Ripped in 30 and now I am doing her 90 day program Body Revolution. It gets progressively harder as you go. I love it! I am sure you would get good results doing the program over again by pushing yourself harder and using heavier weights the stronger you get. I have continued to lose inches doing her programs and have seen a lot of great changes in my body. Another one you might check out is 6 week 6 pack. You can do level 1 for free on Youtube and it is a great workout. I was kind of surprised how good of a workout I got with it just being Level 1. I think you would get great results with it. I might buy it when I get finished with Body Revolution.0

I did Shred and trashed the DVD when I was done because I can't stand JM. I started doing the workouts on fitnessblender.com - there's various cardio, hiit, strength workouts and various combos of those to choose from, all free. Eventually I joined a gym.
If you like JM up the weights and do it again but after that I think you'll get bored and want to move on for more results.0 -
I did,i started adding the workouts together,mixing it up sometimes i'd do 2+3 or 1+2 or 1+30

I did it twice in a row. The second time, I used more weight and tried to be more intense (faster with all the cardio moves, etc.)
I'll still throw it in once in a while if, at the end of the day, I feel I've run out of time to go to the gym. It's almost nothing to pop in the DVD and burn through 20+ minutes of workout.0
