Technically, the Fast diet is not starvation (or even a true fast), but a very low-calorie diet. You eat 500-600 calories a day on "fasting" days.0

Couldnt think of anything worse.
Diets are crap at the best of times. Just eat less than normal. I lost weight and still ate burgers, pizzas and whatever I wanted, as long as I did the exercise to burn it off.
Wouldnt you rather just do half an hour's exercise than starve yourself for days on end?0
