Hello everyone!! I am very glad to start this friendly competition. As a lot of you said it will be helpful to have competition and hold ourselves accountable. I don't know anyones current weight, so I basically just divided the teams up randomly. As I said I'm going to post a topic every Sunday evening and you will put in your weight for that week. I weigh myself in the morning, so that would probably be best, if you aren't already doing it. If you do not feel comfortable posting your weight on the topic board you should feel free to send me a message with your current weight each Sunday. If you do not post your weight, I will just count you as not having lost any weight for that week. But never fear you can always jump back on the next week. Okie dokie, I'll also be posting a team message topic each week, just so we can encourage each other or get to know one another. When you weigh in each Sunday please include: Name (if you don't feel comfortable, just your screen name), current weight, & starting weight (competition start) & two of the following three choices: 1 thing you struggled with this week (can be anything that is anyway related to your success here on MFP), 1 thing you a grateful for in your life, and 1 tip (something you do that helps you, whether it be diet related or exercise related).
For example: Sarah, CW: 127, SW: 143. I struggled with eating healthy around my boyfriend, he always wants to pig out. My tip is to always have a healthy snack with you, especially at work, so you don't binge or eat something unhealthy because it is convienient.
Alrighhhhty!!! Each week on Monday I'll post the results for the week, which team won/lost & I'll also post the weekly topic for the team discussions.
